Call forwarding codes for Globe, TM, Smart and TNT
These are the standard GSM forwarding codes and they work the same on Globe, TM, Smart and TNT, prepaid and postpaid. Replace 09XXXXXXXXX with the number that should receive the forwarded calls (it can be a Globe, Smart, TM, TNT, DITO or landline number), then press the call button. Your phone shows a confirmation from the network.
| What you want | Activate | Deactivate | Check status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forward when busy (on another call) | **67*09XXXXXXXXX# | ##67# | *#67# |
| Forward when unanswered (after ~20 s) | **61*09XXXXXXXXX# | ##61# | *#61# |
| Forward when unreachable (no signal, phone off) | **62*09XXXXXXXXX# | ##62# | *#62# |
| Forward all calls (unconditional) | **21*09XXXXXXXXX# | ##21# | *#21# |
| Cancel every forwarding rule at once | ##002# |
Call forwarding Globe to Smart (or Smart to Globe)
Forwarding works across networks. On your Globe SIM dial **21*09XXXXXXXXX# with your Smart number to forward everything, or **61*09XXXXXXXXX# to forward only unanswered calls. The same codes on a Smart SIM forward to a Globe number. The forwarded leg is billed to the SIM that forwards, at its normal call rate to that network, so a Globe-to-Smart forward costs the Globe SIM a Globe-to-Smart call per forwarded minute unless your plan includes it.
Globe prepaid vs. Globe postpaid
- Globe and TM prepaid: forwarding is available; the forwarded minutes are deducted from load or from a call promo that covers the destination network.
- Globe postpaid: forwarding is included on most plans; the forwarded minutes count toward your plan's call allocation.
- If you get "Not provisioned" or "Connection problem", call Globe at 211 (free from a Globe phone) and ask them to enable call forwarding (supplementary services) on your line.
Smart and TNT prepaid vs. postpaid
- Smart and TNT prepaid: the same codes work; forwarded minutes are charged as a regular call from your load.
- Smart postpaid: included in most plans; check your plan's call allocation.
- If a code fails, call Smart at *888 (free from a Smart phone) and ask for call forwarding to be enabled.
Set how long your phone rings before forwarding
For "forward when unanswered" you can choose the ring time: **61*09XXXXXXXXX**20# rings 20 seconds before forwarding, **61*09XXXXXXXXX**30# rings 30 seconds. Networks allow 5 to 30 seconds in steps of 5. Twenty seconds is enough to answer when you can and short enough that the caller does not give up.
Call forwarding on iPhone (Globe or Smart)
- Forward all calls: Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → turn on → enter the number.
- Forward only when busy or unanswered: iPhone's settings screen does not offer this; dial the **67* and **61* codes above from the Phone app instead. They work on iPhone.
- Dual SIM iPhone: the code applies to the line you dial it from; choose your business line before dialling.
Call forwarding on Android (Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, realme)
- Phone app → ⋮ menu → Settings → Calls (or Supplementary services / Calling accounts) → Call forwarding → pick Always, When busy, When unanswered or When unreachable → enter the number.
- The codes above work on every Android phone too, which is faster than finding the menu.
- Dual SIM: choose the SIM first; each SIM has its own forwarding rules.
How to deactivate or disable call forwarding
Dial ##002# and press call to remove every forwarding rule on that SIM at once. To remove only one rule: ##21# (all calls), ##67# (busy), ##61# (unanswered), ##62# (unreachable). To check what is currently set, dial *#21#, *#67#, *#61# or *#62#. If calls still forward after ##002#, restart the phone and check again; on a dual-SIM phone make sure you dialled the code from the right SIM.
Forwarding your business number to an AI receptionist
This is exactly how A.I-Daedalus attaches to your existing number: set "forward when busy" and "forward when unanswered" to the receptionist's number. Your customers keep calling the number they know; when you cannot pick up, the AI does, in Bisaya, Tagalog or English, quotes your prices, books the customer, and sends you a summary of the call. Turn it off any time with ##002#.
Common problems
- "Not provisioned" or "Connection problem or invalid MMI code": your line does not have forwarding enabled; ask Globe (211) or Smart (*888).
- Calls forward but the other phone does not ring: check the receiving number is 11 digits starting with 09, has signal, and is not itself forwarding somewhere.
- The caller hears the forwarded phone's voicemail: shorten the ring time on the receiving phone or turn its voicemail off.
- Charges: on prepaid the forwarded leg is charged to you at your regular rate; postpaid usually includes it. Forwarding does not cost the caller anything extra.
