Step 1 — Send us five things (10 minutes)
- Your services and prices, as a list or a photo of your price board. The receptionist quotes only from this list.
- Your hours and days, including holidays and days you are closed.
- Your location or service area, and whether you do home service, shop service or both.
- The number your customers call (Globe, Smart, TM, TNT, DITO or a landline) and the network it is on.
- What should reach you immediately: emergencies, big jobs, complaints, anything you decide. Everything else the receptionist handles.
Step 2 — We build your receptionist (same day)
We load your prices, hours, location and rules, write the greeting in your business's name, and choose the booking details it collects (name, number, service, date, address, or whatever fits your work). Bisaya, Tagalog and English are all on by default; the receptionist follows the caller. You get a login to your dashboard where you can change any of this yourself later.
Step 3 — You test-call it (5 minutes)
We send you a number. You call it from your own phone and act like a customer: ask a price, book something, interrupt it, switch languages. If a price or an answer is wrong, tell us and it is fixed in minutes. Nothing goes live until you say it sounds right.
Step 4 — Forward your number (1 minute)
Your customers keep calling the number they know. On your business phone you set forward-when-busy and forward-when-unanswered to the receptionist's number, so it only answers when you cannot. The codes are free on every Philippine network; the guide below has them for Globe, TM, Smart and TNT, plus how to turn forwarding off. If you prefer, give the receptionist its own number and put that on your Facebook page and signboard instead.
Step 5 — The first 30 days (free for founding businesses)
- Every call appears in your dashboard as a summary and a transcript within a minute of ending.
- Bookings and messages show the caller's name and number so you can call back.
- Ivan checks the first calls with you and adjusts anything the receptionist gets wrong.
- At the end of the month you see exactly how many calls it answered, how many it booked, and how many you would have missed.
- No contract: stop with seven days' notice, or continue from ₱2,990 a month.
What the receptionist will never do
- Invent a price, a promise, or an appointment slot you did not allow.
- Give medical, legal or financial advice.
- Argue with a caller, or keep a caller who wants a human away from you.
- Share your data with anyone; each business's receptionist is separate.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a new phone or a new number?
- No. You keep your phone and your number. Forwarding sends only the calls you cannot answer to the receptionist. A dedicated number is optional.
- How long does setup take?
- Usually one day: you send the five items, we build it the same day, you test-call it, and you set forwarding. Complex price lists take a little longer.
- Can I change prices and hours myself?
- Yes, from your dashboard, any time. Changes apply to the next call.
- What if it makes a mistake on a call?
- You see every call in the dashboard. Tell Ivan on Messenger and the rule or price is fixed the same day. During the first 30 days we review the calls with you.
- What do I need to tell my customers?
- Nothing changes for them: same number, answered every time. The receptionist introduces itself as your business's assistant and tells callers the call is recorded, as the law requires.
