What do I need before I can start?
Your price list, your hours, and an idea of how you want the phone answered. Everything else you can fill in as you go.
Can I hear it before I pay for anything?
Yes. You configure your agent and talk to it in your browser, using your real prices and greeting, before it ever takes a call from a customer.
What happens when it can't answer something?
It says so honestly rather than making something up, and takes the caller's details. The unanswered question shows up in your dashboard so you can add the answer for next time.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can fill in a form and paste a price list, you can set this up. If you'd rather we did it with you, get in touch.
