Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

This policy explains what personal information A.I-Daedalus ("we") collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Information we collect

When you use this website. If you submit the contact form we collect your name, business name, business type, phone number, email address, and whatever you write in the message, so that we can reply to you. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested.

Advertising measurement. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how people find and use this site. It records the pages you view, when you tap our demo phone number, and when you submit the contact form, and it sets Meta cookies in your browser. We use this to measure our advertising and to show ads to people who have visited the site.

Site analytics. We also use a privacy-friendly analytics tool provided by our hosting provider, which counts page visits and records the website you arrived from, your country, and your device type. It does not use cookies and does not identify you individually.

If you create an account. We collect your email address and sign-in details, together with the business information you enter — your opening hours, services, price list, and the answers you want the receptionist to give.

Calls answered on behalf of a business

Our product answers the telephone for other businesses. When it does, it processes the caller's phone number, the audio and transcript of the call, and any details the caller provides, such as a name or an appointment time.

For those calls, the business you called is the personal information controller and we act as its personal information processor. We handle that information only on that business's instructions, and we do not use it to advertise to callers. If you called a business and want your information corrected or deleted, contact that business directly — or write to us at hello@aidaedalus.ph and we will pass your request on.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries and provide the service you asked for; to operate, secure, and improve the receptionist, including the accuracy of its speech recognition and answers; to measure our marketing; and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the contents of our customers' calls to advertise to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who process it on our instructions: our website host, our database and authentication provider, Meta for advertising measurement, the telephone carriers that connect calls, and the speech-recognition, speech-synthesis, and language-model providers the receptionist relies on to understand and reply to callers.

Some of these providers operate outside the Philippines, so your information may be processed abroad. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies

The Meta Pixel described above sets cookies in your browser. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or limit ad tracking in your Meta account settings. This site works normally without them.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, and then delete or anonymise it. Enquiries that do not become customers are deleted once they are no longer useful. If you want to know how long a particular category of information is kept, write to us and we will tell you.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:

  • be informed about how your personal information is processed;
  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date;
  • object to processing, or withdraw consent you previously gave;
  • have your information erased or blocked in the circumstances the law allows;
  • obtain a copy of your information in a portable format;
  • be indemnified for damage caused by inaccurate or unlawfully obtained information.

To exercise any of these, email us at hello@aidaedalus.ph. You also have the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
