For dental clinics in Cebu City · Mandaue · Lapu-Lapu

Both hands in a patient's mouth — and the phone still gets answered.

Almost every call to a dental clinic is someone trying to book. When nobody picks up, that patient books at the next clinic on Google. The receptionist answers in Bisaya or English, quotes your prices, and books the slot — while you keep working.

The demo line answers as a sample dental clinic. Ask for a cleaning price. Try to interrupt it.

A real booking, start to finish

What a call sounds like

Ninety seconds, in the language the patient actually speaks. The price comes from your own list — never invented. The booking lands in your dashboard with the patient's name and number, and you read the summary between patients.

  • Knows which days each dentist is in, and what each service costs
  • Handles interruptions, noisy lines, and callers who switch languages mid-sentence
  • Recognises returning patients by their number

The calls you're losing are the ones you never hear ring

10:40 AM

Mid-procedure

You're an hour into a root canal. The phone rings twice and stops. That was a new patient asking about braces.

12:30 PM

Lunch, and Sundays

Patients call when it suits them, not when the front desk is staffed. Evenings and weekends are exactly when people plan their appointments.

₱20,000+/mo

A second receptionist costs more

That's the going salary for one human receptionist in Cebu — for one shift, five days a week. This one answers every call, all week, from ₱2,990.

Patient safety

No medical advice. Ever.

The receptionist books appointments and answers practical questions — prices, schedules, directions. It is not a dentist and never pretends to be one.

Pain, bleeding, swelling — straight to you

Emergency words are flagged the moment a caller says them. The call is passed to your staff, and marked at the top of your dashboard.

It only says what you told it

Prices from your list, policies from your notes. Anything it doesn't know, it says so honestly and takes the patient's details instead of guessing.

You see every word

Full transcripts of every call, plus a summary of what was agreed — so you always know what was said in your clinic's name.

Questions

What dentists ask us

Will it give my patients dental advice?

No. It books, quotes prices, and answers practical questions. Anything clinical — pain, medication, “is this normal” — is passed to your staff.

What if the patient speaks English? Or Tagalog?

It follows the caller — Bisaya, English, Tagalog, or the usual mix of all three. Patients don't have to change how they talk.

Can I hear it before my patients do?

Yes — twice over. Call the demo line right now, and once your clinic is set up, we test-call your own agent with you until you're happy with every answer.

Do I need new equipment or a new number?

No new equipment. Your clinic gets a line the receptionist answers; you can forward your existing number to it, or publish it directly.

Your next patient is calling. Somebody should answer.
